We Are Hiring: Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist in China

We are currently seeking a  full time Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist, based in China, to support the recruitment of Mental Health Nurses for exceptional job opportunities in the United Kingdom. This role involves sourcing top talent and matching them with rewarding careers in the UK healthcare sector.

Requirements for the role:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist.

About the role:

  • Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent.
  • Using various channels to source candidates.
  • Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions.
  • Managing the screening process, including resume screening.
  • Building relationships with applicants.
  • Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.

Skills:

Healthcare Industry Knowledge

  • An understanding of the healthcare sector, including job roles (e.g., nurses, doctors, allied health professionals) and regulatory requirements (e.g., licensing, certifications).
  • Awareness of current trends and challenges in healthcare recruitment.

Sourcing and Recruitment Skills

  • Expertise in utilising job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and social media platforms to find qualified candidates.
  • Experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping.
  • Ability to create compelling job advertisements and reach passive candidates.

Candidate Screening and Assessment

  • Proficiency in evaluating resumes, and assessing candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Understanding of technical healthcare skills (e.g., nursing, clinical roles) to ensure candidates are suitable for specific roles.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to build relationships with both healthcare professionals and hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing clear, concise information.

Salary:

£600 per month (Negotiable)
