Step 1
Pre-screening:
A member of our Recruitment team will review your application and documents; they will get in touch to confirm the booking of your pre-screen interview and send you interview preparation material. You will proceed to your Pre-screen interview with us, we will provide you with feedback instantly and if successful we will arrange an interview with our Client.
Step 2
Client interview:
We will arrange your interview via Skype or WhatsApp with the Client, and will give you information to prepare you, and increase your chances of a successful interview. We will notify you within 24 hours to give you the outcome of your interview and give you feedback.
Step 3
Compliance:
Upon notification of a successful interview our Compliance team will get in touch to issue your contract of employment and get all necessary documentation from you. The Compliance team will guide you through the NMC process and Visa process, right up to your arrival in the United Kingdom and your OSCE.
