Stories of Success: Kudakwashe

Kudakwashe reached out to Patricia Farrell, CEO, online and was inspired by her and the “irresistible” job opportunities presented by Insignia Global Partners. For Kudakwashe, the workplace culture he was to be matched with was very important; a driven professional, Kudakwashe wanted the opportunity to grow and develop his skillset. Kudakwashe landed in the UK in February 2020, excited for a new challenge, and having passed his OSCE, is now a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the UK.

“A base for continual education and training”

Kudakwashe was expecting a workplace that would meet his “professional competency”. His new employer has gone above and beyond this. Significantly, he has encountered “an opportunity to think critically and to embrace different cultures. More so, it has provided a base for continual education and training”.

“Never faced any challenges”

Kudakwashe is enjoying his new role; his highlights so far include the “mouth-watering” food and his new colleagues, who are “supportive and amazing”. However, he also recalls his smooth journey to the UK and how he “never faced any challenges” thanks to Insignia. He recounts that the support he received from the Insignia family “was the fuel to my success”. Undoubtedly, Kudakwashe is on an upward trajectory and this success is just the very beginning for him: “I am looking forward to the rise in my professional career”.
