“My name is Stephen Anyan; a Registered Mental Health Nurse in England, and this is my life changing encounter with Insignia Global Partners. “It is very easy to be overwhelmed by the seemingly complex process of pursuing your passion overseas. “Pass the IELTS exam on one sitting”
One challenge Stephen faced in his journey was his IELTS exam: “Like many other nurses, I had a perpetually reinforced fear about the IELTS Exam and meeting all requirements for practicing in the United Kingdom.”
Subsequently, Stephen recounts that he had all of the tools he needed for his CBT: “I benefited from their pool of preparatory study resources and tips from other UK-based nurses who were on the Insignia common virtual platform. With Insignia, success is just in the next step so it came as little wonder when I passed my CBT Test.”

When reflecting on his journey so far, Stephen says: “I have always wanted to challenge myself to a system that nurtures and brings out the best in me. A place where I feel drawn by clinical governance and personal principles to serve to the best of my knowledge/skill and more importantly an environment that will reward my skill set.”
“I understand many countries may offer this but my quest to explore beyond my profession and learn the unique and refined British social values is something that kept me drawn to the UK. So far, I have never been let down since coming as I have come to really cherish and rejuvenate in me, the practice of such social values like kindness, integrity and respect for all. I love England for this.”
