Stories of Success: Stephen

“My name is Stephen Anyan; a Registered Mental Health Nurse in England, and this is my life changing encounter with Insignia Global Partners.” Stephen reached out Insignia Global Partners as he was curious about the process of working abroad. “It is very easy to be overwhelmed by the seemingly complex process of pursuing your passion overseas. In your quest for answers, recommendation and guidance, you may explore directions and encounter totally new hurdles and fears which you never knew existed. However, this is not the case when you get coached by the right people. My success story began when I consulted Insignia Global Partners about my passion and questions. I was linked to one of the finest healthcare providers in the UK who provided me my current role as a Staff Nurse. All I had to do was comply and provide the relevant documentation to facilitate the process. ”

One challenge Stephen faced in his journey was his IELTS exam: “Like many other nurses, I had a perpetually reinforced fear about the IELTS Exam and meeting all requirements for practicing in the United Kingdom. I had several questions whose answers I received from hearsay. However, Insignia nurtured me with the right technical skill set I needed to pass the IELTS exam on one sitting.”

Subsequently, Stephen recounts that he had all of the tools he needed for his CBT: “I benefited from their pool of preparatory study resources and tips from other UK-based nurses who were on the Insignia common virtual platform. With Insignia, success is just in the next step so it came as little wonder when I passed my CBT Test.”

“I love England for this.”

When reflecting on his journey so far, Stephen says: “I have always wanted to challenge myself to a system that nurtures and brings out the best in me. A place where I feel drawn by clinical governance and personal principles to serve to the best of my knowledge/skill and more importantly an environment that will reward my skill set.”

“I understand many countries may offer this but my quest to explore beyond my profession and learn the unique and refined British social values is something that kept me drawn to the UK. So far, I have never been let down since coming as I have come to really cherish and rejuvenate in me, the practice of such social values like kindness,  integrity and respect for all. I love England for this.”

“I am benefiting from one of the finest and experienced nurse mentors called Jennifer. Ida, my welfare officer is the embodiment of kindness and the team has taught me the real meaning of hard work and teamwork. What else can I ask for? Nothing more but to practise and advance the values that have shaped this beautiful part of the world. ”

“It is never too late to join the success team.”

To nurses about to commence on their journey, Stephen says: “Success is always with you and you can unleash it with Insignia. If you have started the process, you only need to stay fully committed. If you have not yet commenced, then it is never late to join the success team. An important virtue I learned on consulting Insignia is the need for a ‘will and skill’ to succeed. Words are easy to come by but not when you are looking for the perfect one to describe the team of success-oriented professionals at Insignia. The patience, meticulous attention and unparalleled commitment to guide me through each step of my UK journey is something that continues to sparkle today in my heart. Moving to the UK and working with Insignia has been an exciting journey.”
